In this regard, we have won many awards around the world; The titles of the World's Most Ethical Company for 15 years and the Best Workplace in the Disability Equality Index for 7 years are some of our achievements. We have a great desire to implement our DEI strategy and believe that these practices make a significant contribution to individuals' feeling of belonging in business life.

Our primary goal with our projects is to share our culture with the individuals we work with all over the world. The DEI culture and development strategies we have internalized will be a good example to all our business partners and suppliers that our teams come into contact with.
We meet with hundreds of thousands of companies and more than 1 million candidates and employees all over the world every year, so we have the opportunity to keep our finger on the pulse of the business world in all sectors. With all this responsibility, we also have the opportunity to experience the reflections of the culture we adopt in the business world.
Another goal of our projects is to undertake innovative projects with the opportunity brought by our diversity. We aim to bring a brighter future to the projects we undertake on a voluntary basis.
DEI Efforts and Projects
We aim to elevate female leadership globally. In Türkiye, our workforce consists of 66% women, with 65% of management positions held by women. In March, we hosted Raven Jemison, whose inspiring story motivated us all. We collaborated with TurkishWIN, sharing career stories and experiences. We offer training programs and flexible working options to enhance women's leadership skills and support work-life balance.
We excel in promoting female leadership through gender-neutral evaluations and personalized development opportunities. Our flexible working practices and objective performance assessments help ensure all employees can lead balanced and fulfilling lives. We gather regular feedback to identify areas for improvement. Our partnerships with NGOs like Wtech and TurkishWIN advance female leadership in Türkiye. We support female entrepreneurship through Arya Women's Investment Platform and YenidenBiz Association. Globally, we are members of the International Women’s Forum.
Our global training portal offers courses on diversity, equity, and inclusion. We host career coaching sessions with female leaders worldwide, facilitating motivational discussions. Our aim is to create an environment where all employees and leaders feel empowered and included.
At ManpowerGroup, we prioritize understanding and responding to our employees' needs through regular surveys and research. Ensuring our employees feel happy, secure, and supported is our top priority.
We are dedicated to improving workplace experiences for individuals with disabilities. Our Active Disabled Leaders Network, established in 2016, continues to operate effectively. We provide Mental Health First Aid through professionals and offer various health-related benefits to ensure a comfortable career journey for all employees.
